Effective Date: December 1, 2022

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Hurricane Gilbert Cleaning Limited® ("HGCL") to its clients, and by engaging the services of HGCL, clients agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Services Offered

HGCL provides a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Residential cleaning

• Commercial cleaning

• Airbnb cleaning

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Due Dates

All payments for services rendered are due upon receipt of the invoice. The client agrees to pay the full amount indicated on the invoice within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date.

2.2 Penalties for Late Payments

In the event that payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to the outstanding balance. HGCL reserves the right to suspend services until the account is brought current.

3. Contractual Obligations

By entering into this agreement, the client agrees to:

(i) Provide accurate information regarding the premises to be cleaned.

(ii) Communicate any specific cleaning requirements in advance of the scheduled services.

(iii) Adhere to the payment terms outlined herein.

(iv) Route all communications with HGCL through the official channels listed in/on HGCL’s website and email signatures.

4. Schedule Changes

4.1 Notice Requirement

Clients must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice prior to changing a scheduled cleaning date. Failure to provide the requisite notice may result in a cancellation fee of CAD$100.

4.2 Rescheduling of Cleaning Dates

Any rescheduling requests will be accommodated at HGCL's discretion, depending on availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

HGCL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. HGCL's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

6. Client Indemnification

Clients shall indemnify and hold harmless HGCL against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from the client’s negligence or misuse of the services provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.

8. Amendments

HGCL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Acceptance

By engaging the services of HGCL, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
